Julia Ann Fields Davis, 73, of Richmond, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.
She was born on May 3, 1941 at Farler, Kentucky in Perry County, to Eli and Bessie Fields, both of whom preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and had worked with Little Lamb Day Care at the Nazarene Church for several years. Mrs. Davis, who was known as "Pretty Lady" by her husband, was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Butch Davis of Richmond; three sisters, Peggy Farler, Nancy Banks, and Barbara Hall; two brothers, Tom and Larry Fields, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Terry Alan Davis, one brother, Harold, and two sisters, Etta and Edith.
Funeral service for Mrs. Davis will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2015, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Christian officiating. Entombment will follow at Madison County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be after 12 noon Monday at the funeral home.
